movie about government program man hacks in finds game but it targets threats now he must help stop it…?
There was a preview i saw about a movie and now i can’t find it. Basically the government created a threat assessment program i believe if i remember correctly. Anyway… a kid hacks in to the program and finds a game. He is allowed to pick targets. If i remember right he picks Philadelphia. Then they realize about the game and that this kid is now controlling the program. He has to help them shut down the program but he has to go through the game first… It looked really good and no its not Echelon Conspiracy, Eagle eye. but its close to those movies. Thanks for any help.
I’m sorry I didn’t clarify… its a movie not a game. And its a recent movie. within last year. Or possible this year.
Ok never mind i was wrong. When i looked up War Games I was looking at the older version. There is a new version called War Games: The Death Code. Thanks for you help!
This might be War Games with Matthew Broderick. I don’t know anything else that was recent with the same plot other than the ones you mention. And a note: War Games is not a video game. That is the title of the movie. It also has a sequel that came out either last year or the year before called War Games: The Dead Code. It was a straight-to-video release.
